30-day returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Faulty or wrong items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or just plain wrong, tell us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice, no siege required.
